Super location and modern style, very friendly staff, absolutely worth it! We stayed there for 4 nights with kids. The very moment we entered our room, all of us were amazed! Spacious rooms for parents and kids, good view from the balcony/terrace. The only shortage is the bath room - the layout is not optimal. Very good facility such as indoor pool and wellness area, after a long day of hiking / Biking activities, an absolute 'must have'. Restaurant / Bar with nice ambiance and good food. Very friendly considerate staff from different nationalities, good for English speaking travelers. Could imagine in winter season it would be more attractive than in high summer season - no air conditioners, but is compensated by all the other good stuff.
Super nice Hôtel. Beautiful, clean ! Nothing to say about that. We have been annoyed by a group of 30 young mtb riders. They screamed and slap doors untill 12pm every night ( they stayed) 3 night. We explained that to the reception and they do nothing. They talk to the group but nothing change. 3 horrible night. The food was great but if you stay 7 days or +, you will eat the same things. Not enough choice at the cold buffet, same things every day. The service at the restaurant was perfect with Carlos, but it seems he leaves 3 days after we arrive, so during the 4 last days, service was horrible. The waiters run every where and seemed lost. Every night we wait a lot to eat. May be hire 1 or 2 more waiter ? The spa was good. But the pool was frequented by familys with very young childs. So impossible to relax with kids screamed. That not a public pool where you can play and scream The other spa area is prohibited for children so it was better. But may be add some essential oils. It's a 4 stars hotel we expect a better service In conclusion we love the VAYA LADIS, but please don't take group of riders in the future anymore. . Make the service better for the restaurant and watch at the kids in the pool spa.
