Food was very good and the food service personal were hardworking. Parking is definitely a problem, even with prepaid parking. Biggest problem was our room as it was to small and had no desk to work on with the laptop.

It is indeed a nice hotel located in town center however there is one drawback that make our stay little bit uncomfortable - the parking lot. Having in mind that we were in the high season somehow justify lack of space for our car, but the places available near hotel are really limited. This is the problem for people who want to travel to Serfaus. The rest of the things were good, the room, the breakfast cannot say a bad word.

Already visited many hotels but this was the first hotel where we had to pay to park. Upon arrival, however, the parking spaces around the hotel appeared to be occupied. After much insistence, an alternative place was given next to the hotel. The next morning, however, we were trapped by a car that was afterwards owned by one of the staff members. A new place was then assigned, but it was occupied by another hotel guest. Up to 3 times back to the reception to have this solved but nothing was done with this. In other words, pay for a parking space but then get nothing. Parking fees charged by VAYA are only intended for the extra income but not to guarantee you a parking space. What a worthless service! In short: we will never book here again!
