Vaya Pfunds

Overall a very good hotel, the rooms are clean, well-kept and modern. Located in a fairly good location, close to Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis or Samnaum - Ischgl. The service is nice and helpful. Very good, exquisite breakfast and delicious dinner. The pool is simply huge as well as the super saunas! There you can relax after skiing. There is plenty of space for skis and ski boots. You can park your car in the garage or opposite the hotel. Next year I am also going to this hotel, I highly recommend it!!!

This is a newly renovated hotel with beautiful interior design and attention to details. It’s spa area accommodates a spacious swimming pool and a separate sauna lounge. Our room was cozy and relaxing. A bed is just like it should be in a 4 star hotel - tall with a comfortable mattress having just the right balance between firmness and coziness. It was a nice surprise to discover a Nespresso machine with variety of coffee pads instead of instant coffee packages. We also enjoyed dinners - especially beautifully arranged plating of main dishes and deserts. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The only improvement that I would suggest is for the hotel to check the heating system, as it was a bit too warm in the room, as well as in the sauna lounge (not sauna rooms themselves - there the temperature was just right) All in all we enjoyed our stay in Vaya Pfunds.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and a friendly staff, there's nothing negative to say about that. From my perspective, the only downside was the food. The food was tasty, but it felt more like a 3-star hotel level. The selection, in particular, was quite weak. There were no salads for breakfast, no water or mineral water for dinner, only a drink menu for which you had to pay. When we were at Vaya Fieberbrunn last year, the food quality and selection were of a higher standard. I compare it to this hotel, and it was simply better there. That's why the expectations were higher.
