We had a wonderful time at Vaya St Zeno. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and we loved the location and facilities of the hotel. Hats off for Kristina and Carlos and the rest of their team. We can highly recommend the hotel for any family trip.

We recently visited VAYA for our week long skiing trip and we are already planning our trip there for next year! This has instantly become our favorite accomodation for a snow vacation. The facilities and appliances are in perfect condition, the beds and the rest of the furniture are comfortable, and the staff were always friendly! The view from our room, overlooking the village of Serfaus was absolutely stunning and the shops were easily reachable. It has been our most pleasant skiing trip to date and we can't wait to return there next year! Thanks to Rosie and the rest of the staff for being so welcoming and kind!
