Excellent location not far from Hamstead and Camden. Easy access to both Bus and the underground ie Belsize park. A beautiful Hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms are of very high quality and exceptionally clean and tidy. Very little noise in the surrounding area , the beds were really comfy. I was very impressed if it was a short stay but highly recommended

Stayed in the ground floor room which is right next to reception. Horrible room, no privacy at all, one door separates you from reception. I would highly recommend speaking to the hotel before arrival to ensure you don't get this room. The single glazed sash windows have secondary glazing preventing you from opening them. However provide no barrier to noise from passing traffic outside. Overall the presentation of the rooms at NOX hotels is very nice. The quality of finish throughout is excellent with stylish design everywhere which makes this more attractive to book than their competitors. Cleanliness was great apart from the floor which needed to be vacuumed and mopped. This left the bottom of your feet dirty getting into bed and getting dressed in the morning. Reception was very friendly, helpful and allowed us to leave our baggage before checking in, though we were given no tickets or asked for our names and when we returned to check in, our bags were in reception still, leaving them prone to theft. This is a small criticism in the grand scheme of things and given the excellent location and proximity to Belsize Park underground station, we would happily stay again. But please read this feedback and improve on the points made

I really wish that there was a zero-star option for this dreadful hotel. From stepping into the hotel, my husband and I were greeted by a surly, downright rude receptionist who demanded ID and when asked why, just stabbed her finger at a piece of paper. There was no transparency about how and where this information is stored or destroyed. When we inquired about parking, the receptionist stabbed her finger at another piece of paper and said read this. A walk of 20 minutes and an overnight charge of £19 ... I think that she missed out on or was expelled from charm school. Our room was on a very hot, second floor with no lift. The room was more of a box. The bed filled the room and was so short in length that my 6 ft tall husband’s legs, hung over the end by 6 inches. The sash window only opened 4 inches and the “air conditioning” was an ineffective fan. There is no cupboard space and the wardrobe was some coat hooks. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in adjoining rooms with doors slamming throughout the night. The bathroom – you would not want to be carrying a few extra pounds to get into it … Just avoid – pay a little bit more and don’t make the decision we did.
