Really bad experience with this "hotel". This is not even a hotel and I have no idea how these installations are allowed to operate under 4 stars hotels. Dirty and cold rooms, old mattress, broken shower. Remote controls without batteries. There is no receptionist, a bar, or restaurant in the location. The emergency phone number is not working or even nobody answers. You can only contact them via chat.
Nice beds and located near the subway. Everything else terrible. Dirty rooms, with old socks and toe nails under the bed. No staff, at any time. Shower not working in one of the rooms (didnt bother to mail the company since we just used the shower in the other room). Can not be recommended. Try to avoid.
AVOID!! Hotel is directly on top of bar with loud parties on weekends so forget about sleeping until at least 3am! There is never staff in the hotel, only a telephone line which is never answered, only emails and 24h later. Booking took almost 1month and a half to refund us the money for the awful experience.
