Best hotel we have used in London. Great location for lots of the sights, easy next to Tower Hill Underground Station. Staff helpful and friendly and couldn’t fault the rooms. All modern and clean and comfortable. Felt a classy place with lots of little touches and in a very nice family area too. Lots to walk to and see and do. (Even a Wetherspoons locally for a cheap meal). The spa was great with the pool etc all perfect - family swim times made it comfortable. Would highly recommend again.
This hotel is maybe one of the best hotels I've actually stayed at and I wish I could afford the Executive King suite every time I travel! It's all the lovely little touches, tasty water and biscuits in the lobby with the occasional free wine too - along with the free bottle of wine in our bedroom. The room was very very spacious and definitely modern. The staff were friendly and more than happy to hold onto our bags. A word of caution, make sure you check which Leonardo you're going to because I went to the one a few minutes away... whoops!
The location was excellent since it was right by the Tower Hill tube station and easy walking to Tower bridge and Tower of London. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the bottled water in the room and the water and shortbread cookies in the lobby. The AC didn't work the best and the toilet was dripping the last night. Our room was by the elevator so we could hear it going up and down a bit. The bathroom shower could use a refresh. The pool area was so uncomfortably humid and hot. We stayed for 10 minutes and had to leave. It is probably fine in the winter time. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.
