Apartment spotlessly clean, smelling lovely and fresh when I arrived. Effective communication re check in and check out arrangements kept me informed and everything worked well. Although small, the room was well equipped and had everything I needed for a couple of nights. Minor gripe is the TV seemed very small for the distance it was away from the bed, but that's just me nit-picking, and it's on a busy road so not exactly quiet, but I slept fine. Oh, and be warned it's on the third floor with no lift so not ideal if you've got lots of heavy bags. Fortunately I didn't! Bonus is you have no one thudding about above you. Fantastic location in a good area, felt very safe walking alone after my conference, and near lots of shops and restaurants. Would happily stay again.

I had a very poor experience at this property. The noise levels were overwhelming — the windows did nothing to block the constant traffic outside, and the building shook regularly due to the nearby metro line. The room had a musty, unpleasant smell, the floorboards were loud and unstable, and the entrance felt unsafe. The whole place looked like it had been neglected for years — from the outside, it could easily be mistaken for a derelict property. The bed was far too small for a comfortable rest, and the pillow had a strong, unpleasant odor. There were no basic comforts provided — no toiletries, no kettle, not even a glass. Staff were mostly unavailable, and when present, offered no help and behaved rudely. Overall, this was a disappointing and stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Our experience is completely different to those on the websites. We found the double bed to be small (see photo, we put a standard tea towel on the bed to demonstrate the size. The double bed is smaller than two tea towel length). Mould starting to grow in the bathroom (photo), when we called to inform of the flickering light there was no response or follow-up (we stayed here for four days). No staff on-site and number of emails before we arrived for additional add-on such as portable air-con.
