I have to admit, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Scott met us at the door with a fabulous friendly greeting and took our bags (first impressions count!). Every member of staff we encountered were pleasant, professional and courteous - a credit to the hotel. The room was large with plenty of storage. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean and functional - our room had a shower over the bath, but I believe several have a large walk in shower (if you're slightly infirm I'd recommend asking for one of these). The location was brilliant - across the road from the V & A and around the corner was South Kensington with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would I stay again - absolutely!

This is my sixth or seventh visit to the Rembrandt and I think I like it more every time. From the minute you walk in, the staff are smiling, helpful and welcoming. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas are well-managed with timely and friendly service. My room was spotless as are the hallways. I upgraded to an Executive King and had a lovely, spacious room that was quiet and had extra seating, tea and coffee and chilled water in the refrigerator. I will come back here again and again for my culture visits to the V&A and other museums. I feel very happy in this hotel and would recommend it to single travellers as well as couples and families.

The location of the Rembrandt was excellent. We were able to catch the tube and dine at the restaurants close by. The Hotel was across the road to the Natural History Museum and within walking distance to Harrods. The breakfast, served in an elegant spacious room, was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold food to choose from. The deluxe room was quite small making it hard to navigate around the room with baggage, however the bathroom size and shower area worked well.
