The receptionists, Adam and Sarah were outstanding from start to finish. They were courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. The room at the hotel was nice, the breakfast was lovely, but I would return based on the staff alone! Thank you for an amazing stay! Imagine, when we checked in, we told them that we had a wedding the next day. We rolled in about 10.30pm the next day, and the first thing they asked was, "How was the wedding?' Bless them for remembering and showing an interest. P.s. The wedding was a blast! ❤️🥂🌟🎉

Great location with free parking. The rooms are dated but reasonably clean. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful. I have stayed here over 20 times in the last two years and often see the same staff. It’s a shame they don’t recognize me after so many stays. It would make a better experience

We booked this place for the location and good reviews. Over all great stay, rooms are clean and comfortable. A bit noisy from the hallway but wasn’t a problem for us. The staff at the breakfast room is friendly and welcoming though the breakfast itself is pretty poor. Why two stars? The poor management, safety and service. Upon arrival we were welcomed by what we later found out was an intern/new staff, who confirmed our room included breakfast. Upon check out we were however presented with a bill for 2 days of breakfast. When inquiring about this unpleasant surprise, especially if we had known the cost of the breakfast vs the quality, we would have opted for other breakfast venues in the area. The manager however completely threw the intern under the bus, taking zero responsibility for their own lack of training or lack of senior supervision. In addition, our room number was freely given to friends without verification of identity. As someone who has worked in the hotel business for 10 years, I was shocked.
