Vega Hotel – Mamaia, Romania Our stay at Vega Hotel was nothing short of spectacular and as usual …they delivered !! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail was exceptional. The staff are courteous, polished, and go out of their way to make guests feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended for those who appreciate refined relaxation, top-tier service, and memorable moments by the sea. Multumim Dna Georgiana and all front desk staff for everything 💛💛

We arrived Friday, 6th June and the lady who welcomed us (sorry, cannot remember her name) brunette, long hair, was amazingly friendly, professional and answered all our questions with a smile on the face. Also we were helped by the lady working at the pool, breakfast staff was friendly too and the same goes for the housekeeping ladies we encountered on 4th floor. We had a great time and everything was easily accessible. Thank you very much!

Review / Complaint: This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. The pictures online look beautiful, but the reality is far from it. The rooms are outdated, with old furniture and phone systems. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, like an unclean toilet, and there were no basic toiletries provided, not even shampoo or a proper hygiene kit — something you would expect even in a 4-star hotel. The safe was not working, and the bathroom looked like something out of an old movie — completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be luxury. When my husband went to check in, the receptionist gave him her personal phone number, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. As for the breakfast — it’s not 5-star quality, it’s barely at the level of a 3-star hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The experience felt misleading and disappointing for what is advertised.
