Vega Hotel

A great hotel to stay in while in Galati. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a market close by as well. Easy walk across the street to the Danube and the social events along the river. The staff has always been helpful and friendly as well.

Within the activities of an European project, we had the pleasure of organising a local event in Galati, at Hotel Vega. All the staff was extremely welcoming, available for all sorts of demands and specific requests regarding the food, beverage and the event hall services. The event hall was very nice and set up in a professional manner which made our guests feel very comfortable. Also, small touches like the floral arrangements were also appreciated, even if they were not on the demands list! High quality services for a balanced price!

Nice hotel. For our business purpose very good located. Quite big room, clean. Big bed. And fair work desk. Bathroom looked freshly renovated with a bathtub. My room was on 7th floor, and view was great. I have two downside: first one I would say is the breakfast, very limited choices. second one is noise from the street, in the evening you can hear cars speeding in street below…
