Velence Resort & Spa Hotel SPA Restaurant

We stayed at Velence Resort & Spa with our one-year-old son and had an amazing experience! Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for families with small children. The staff was friendly and professional, the wellness area was excellent, and the pools were great for both adults and kids. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommended for a quality family getaway!

As a tourist from china the hotel was very nice.The water is good. But maybe if thes would extend it it would be better because theres too much people.📢📢

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially given the €300 per night rate. The hotel presents itself as family-friendly, but childcare assistance is only available for children over 3 years old. Cleanliness standards were below what we expected. Several food items, such as eggs and cold cuts, appeared old and sometimes discolored. Our room was not cleaned during our entire stay (only towels were changed). We noticed bugs in the room, and I was bitten during the night. The AC in our room could not be turned off, which contributed to my wife feeling unwell. Many facilities felt dated and in need of maintenance. The only pool for small children is indoors, and the sauna was out of order. Wi-Fi did not work in our room. Staff appeared to be very young and lacked experience in handling certain situations. Some guests behaved disrespectfully, which affected the atmosphere. The location is remote — about a 30-minute drive to the nearest town or attraction. We had high hopes for this stay, but overall, it did not offer the quality or comfort we expected.
