I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my vacation! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The views are amazing as well! The staff were all very courteous and friendly—some were bilingual, and those who weren't still made every effort to communicate effectively using tools like Google Translate, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is quiet, making it a peaceful place to unwind after a full day of tours and excursions. The surrounding area felt very safe—I was able to walk around during the day with no issues, which added to the comfort of my stay. The location is ideal: the beach is just a short Uber ride away, there’s a supermarket within walking distance, and a fantastic restaurant just five minutes away on foot that I ended up visiting a couple of times. Uber works well in the area, and there are plenty of other great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent—perfect for fueling up before early morning excursions. I also tried room service two nights and highly recommend the burgers and Caipirinhas—both were delicious! One of the highlights of my stay was receiving a birthday cake delivered to my room on my birthday. It was not only tasty, but also a truly thoughtful gesture that showed just how much the staff care about the guest experience. If I had to make a couple of small suggestions, I would recommend adding irons to the rooms, especially for guests staying longer who may not want to rely on dry cleaning. Also, a traditional washcloth would be a helpful addition for those used to that amenity. Overall, my experience was fantastic from beginning to end—amazing service, a safe and convenient location, and thoughtful touches throughout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
It’s nice and comfortable but the towels were rarely replaced and the breakfast wasn’t too good, but overall a solid stay! The employees were also very kind.
The Hotel itself is beautiful and in a really convenient location if you intend in going to watch a show in one of the Arenas nearby. However, that's as far as we get on the "good stuff". The service was quite lacking, and close to none of the staff spoke another language. I wouldn't have had an issue with that if it weren't for the fact that they were even rude at times when they realized i didn't speak their language. The Room Service attendant, Lucas Braga, was specially rude, hanging up the phone on me THREE TIMES when he realized I didn't speak his language. This is NOT hotel for tourists or foreigners, if you are not from Brazil or don't speak the language do NOT go.
