I had visited this property twice in 1.5 months and my stay here was an unforgettable experience for me! The rooms are spacious. Excellent hospitality provided by Venizia sarovar portico, model town. The staff is friendly who is willing to help with the smile. Mr. Varun Oberoi is the most cooperative person you will come across in this hotel. HE IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS HOTEL!! He came to ask to all my 3 guests if we were facing any issue. He is super polite and ready to go out of the way to solve the issues. He made our stay the most welcoming. Kuddos to Mr. Oberoi!! He is very professional. Coming to the food, it's extremely delicious. Super fresh and satisfying. Everything is just 10/10 not even bragging. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend this hotel for the hospitality provided.
The hotel is very run down and badly maintained. Cleanliness is zero. Room service is very slow and they don't have half the items on the menu or say they will take 45 min to deliver a coffee. The restaurant staff act as if they are doing guests a favor by being there. There are no eggs on order in the buffet and if asked takes not less than 45 min. Front office staff and manager are totally unfriendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Worst Experience Ever – Stay & Wedding Both Were a Disaster We had the most pathetic experience at Venizia Sarovar Portico, Model Town. The rooms were filthy, smelling damp, with dirty linen and unhygienic bathrooms. Room service was non-existent – multiple calls went unanswered, and basic amenities were never provided on time. The wedding arrangements were equally disastrous – cold food, delayed decor, untrained staff, and absolute chaos. The biggest shock was the rude and arrogant attitude of the owner, who refused to take any responsibility and spoke in an unprofessional manner. For a property that claims to host weddings and events, this was an utter embarrassment. Would strongly advise against booking this venue – both stay and event were a complete disaster.
