Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—compact yet very functional—especially ideal for families with children. There was a wide variety of food options available at breakfast, dinner, and even at the snack bar during the day. The kids’ pool with multiple fountains in different shapes was amazing; capturing kids’ attention and keeping them entertained. The staff made our stay truly memorable. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. A special thank-you to Brahim at the Beach Bar. He prepared amazing cocktails for us during our daily afternoon aperitif. He also welcomed us each time with genuine warmth and friendly conversation.

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, and the city is beautiful. The rooms and service are high-quality, but the staff seems unhappy. Only two or three people work at the bars, yet we have to wait in line for long periods. Mr. Ibrahim at the beach bar and Mr. Samed at the buffet manage quite well on their own; the others could also improve in this area.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend This hotel uses fake reviews to boost its rating. My experience was consistently disappointing. Despite repeated requests, housekeeping was poor. The staff would just quickly wipe the floor and leave, leaving the room still visibly dirty. We are a family of four, yet they only ever provided two towels. I had to ask for more every single day, but nothing changed. A particularly disturbing incident involved a staff member behaving inappropriately toward my wife, not realizing she was married. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. At the pool, the lifeguard clearly wasn’t doing his job. While exiting the slide area, another guest came down and hit me on the head. I told the lifeguard he should be using a whistle to control the timing. His response? “I don’t whistle my flute; I’ve never seen anyone do that.” Shockingly low standards for guest safety. The food was also subpar and felt cheap. Overall, I strongly advise doing thorough research before booking. I personally will never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
