The beautiful view of Prague can be seen through the window of the room. The room I stayed in was a double-decker structure with two beds, a room suitable for families of 3-4 people, and I stayed comfortably. I recommend it to travelers looking for a room with two beds. There is a hotel in a good location to conveniently travel to Prague. Breakfast was delicious and I overeat more than usual. I stayed at this hotel and made many memories in Prague like the jewels of the world and returned to south Korea. Prague is a jewel-like city where 10 trips won't be enough. Thank you and bless the hotel staff
Beautiful Ventana Hotel!! This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and well sized, the welcome on arrival from the reception staff was polite and friendly. Though overall we cannot fault the hotel, we do have some feedback but this did not fault our stay and they are small changes that could improve. The shower head was very small in the bathroom - you feel cold when showering as the head provides little coverage. Bottles of water would be so welcomed - it's hot and we paid for a superior room. We would have expected there to be water available. Lastly, breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs on both occasions had lots of shell in it and too much butter. The gentleman who does breakfast service was very friendly, but the younger girl didn't look like she wanted to be there.
Ventana Hotel really impressed—our room was incredible, with a view and location that couldn’t be better. The place even smelled amazing (seriously, they should bottle it). Towels were actually soft for once, which feels like a luxury these days. Only downsides? The mirror situation in the room needs an upgrade, and the lift moves at the pace of a thoughtful philosopher. Minor stuff in an otherwise top-notch stay.
