Ventana Nha Trang Hotel

We had great stay here in June 2025. Overall the room quite small and not very spacious; I dont like the bathroom - which is small, and the glass door is quite uncomfortable if you sharing room with other people. But I would give 5 stars for the buffet, helpful and friendly staff, great location and great value for the affordable price. Can't ask for more, I would love if they fix the bathroom door.

Breakfast has many fruit choices ,,, love it. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Hotel location is close to everything from restaurants to shopping to beach within walking distance. Gym and steamroom the bonus. recommended 👍

The receptionist was not kind, making it difficult for guests. I went to 4 people in 3 single rooms with very difficult support, fox trouble because we did not have a code (we asked the friend to help us provide the phone number of the reservation and name to get the room that the waitress did not accept. We gave CCCD with receptionist photos that did not agree, forced to give CCCD hard copy. The two people who were with the foreigner were also passport photos and had to give a hard copy rather than accept the photo. The beautiful location that the way of service makes the hotel at a low level, must flexibly support guests but make it difficult so we are very uncomfortable. I'm very unhappy with the girl receptionist of hotel.
