This place was utterly garbage as i booked a suite with 3 full beds and a sofa bed and it said in very small ffont and did not clarify this any more 2 people only now that i have read everything. I walked in with 2 adults 1 child and it was i kid you not 12 am and we did not have a place to go as our last hotel booking had an error so we booked here assuming we could go into the room but the guy working there called andi did not let us in at all and thr service was really terrible and the hotel has gunk all over their waiting room seets too! If i could give 0 stars i really would.

So disappointed. My parents booked one night in two rooms with their friends for a special occasion next month. My elderly father made a mistake on the booking and booked for that day instead of the actual day they were meant to stay - a complete oversight and innocent error. He didn’t realise till the following day after the hotel called saying he was a no show. They charged him for both rooms in full plus a service fee - $382 in total. The lack of understanding is so disappointing and has resulted in their special trip having to be cancelled.

Was good until my son made a little mess and the fact there was no utensils in the room for him to eat with or cook with so got him a cup of noodles and being a toddler he and no utensils he ate with his hands, pulled all the toilet paper off the holder and crawled it into the room. There was no bin, no brush and shovel NOTHING to aid in me cleaning this up so I left it. I left a note saying sorry but was charged an extra $200.00 with no email or reciept even for this. I wasn't told before hand and there was no small print indicating this could happen. I took photos myself, aswel as a photo of the note I left but there was NOT food everywhere there was some noodles my 1 year old got everywhere which wouldn't have been everywhere if there was something in the room to eat them with. And there was NO bin or even a cloth to wipe the table down. I will 100% be making a report to the commerce commission and then requesting I get refunded for the $200 through the disputes tribunal. It states no where on your policies anything in regards to being charged for mess. I have been given no knowledge of this or anything. But yes I took my own photos. Edit - then on top of the 200 extra deducted from my account a further 100 has been stolen from this motel from my account almost a week later. So That's a total of nearing $500 for a 1 night stay and yes there is mess but it isn't trashed in any way shape or form. And no damage.
