Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort All Inclusive

This vacation was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. We loved this resort. The 2 rooftop pools and bars were where we hung out the most, it is adults only but it is such a great relaxing vibe up there. We had the absolute pleasure of having Luis & Noah as our butlers during our recent trip to Mexico, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Whether it was organizing reservations, helping us with towels, and checking in everyday to ensure we were comfortable and happy. We truly had a great time and would go back again. A heartfelt thank you to them both for making our stay unforgettable!

Very beautiful resort. I had a swim up room and the service was great. One thing I didn’t enjoy the most was dress code for dinners. Guys must wear closed shoes and pants for some of the restaurants. The food was good though and the experience was fun. But personally feel anything other then swimming shorts should be accepted.

Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid – Great Experience Overall! I recently stayed at Ventus Ha and had a great time overall. I’d give the experience 4 out of 5 stars. The service was excellent —the staff were always attentive, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Definitely a 5-star experience on that front. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern design and a great view. That said, they could’ve been better in terms of layout and small touches—nothing major, just a few details that could use updating. The bathroom was okay, but not particularly impressive. The location is perfect—peaceful, scenic, and close to everything you need within the resort. We loved the easy access to pools, beaches, and restaurants. Food-wise, we were pleasantly surprised! The seafood options were especially good, and there was a nice variety across the restaurants. Definitely worth trying a bit of everything. Overall, Ventus Ha is a solid choice for a relaxing getaway. A few areas could be improved, but the excellent service, great location, and tasty food more than make up for.
