Very nice hotel ,the staff is excellent and understanding there is a nice guy he's from Sudan is so polite and caring I really enjoyed staying with them they provided everything I wanted ,I recommend you this hotel 100%
it is the best place to stay. There is a good room. but you will not get a towel in the room when I ask for a towel it comes very late. It’s hard for English speaking because the hotel name is written in Arabic because of that I find the hotel very late.
Pakistani staff with mustachios is very rude and unprofessional. He is wearing night dress and sitting there . He stopped me going spa . As asked very rudely where you want to go without greeting.
