Venus Hotel

Staff are friendly and helpful. They help reserve taxi and shuttle bus, and do currency exchange. It has cute dogs and cats. Hotel restaurant is good too. Room is clean and comfortable.

We only stayed a night but it was perfect, the room was clean and tidy, the team is really kind and the buffet is probably one of the best I have ever seen! We had some drinks on the terrace in the evening as well and that was really nice !

Arrived in the evening after a long day of traveling. I chose the space specifically because of the reviews. I arrived and was told that they were overbooked and not sure how it had happened. The Manager then offered to have me stay at the next door hotel which was not as nice. My new room look like it was for a little girl. In the morning they cut off my cooling, and it became very hot. I was told that they tried to call me, but they could have just messaged me through the hotels.com app where I booked. They had already done so previously. The whole thing seemed dishonest. God will sort it out.
