Venus Thermal Boutique

My friend and I had the most wonderful experience this past weekend at the Venus Thermal Boutique Hotel. The hotel is modern and beautiful. The rooms, gorgeous with beautiful, comfortable furniture and a wonder terrace to sit for morning coffee. The staff was very polite, attentive and accommodating. The hotel chairman, Yasar Demirbag, was so kind and accommodating. He personally attended to our every need. Saturday night was absolutely enchanting with live music in the restaurant that had everyone on their feet dancing. The spa experience was amazing with beautiful message rooms and private family spa rooms, as well as steam and sauna rooms. All amenities were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this facility for a most satisfying hotel and wellness spa experience.

The service was excellent specially the waitress named Denis…. she was courteous and a very smiley lady… made our stay a very rememberable one…. The hotel itself was a very high standard one…. Will definitely come and stay again……

Nice hotel, especially with: - Very nice and spacious rooms - Direct location at the beach - Two pools, one indoors, one outside - Also worth to mention that the staff tried to make our stay very pleasant. We were however asked repeatedly to revise the original 3 star rating (which is per se not a bad rating, especially when comparing to other hotels of the same price class..). This felt a bit strange, especially it happened repeatedly to both my wife and myself. Given the staff indeed however tried to help, I revised from 3 to 4. Despite the nice trying of the staff, I’m not sure if some points we mentioned would consistently improve in the futures, e.g.: - Basic breakfast is done not via buffet but everybody gets a standard plate. This takes quite long, even when not many guests are around. Any special wishes take even longer.. And again, breakfast per se is not bad, but without any extra wishes, it would not be up to what you should expect in the same price class. - Laundry service at the hotel is very expensive - Bathroom: position of the hairdryer just above the sink is more than dangerous (especially given it can't be switched off or disconnected). - It should also be noted that only two persons of the whole staff speak English (and they are not always available..). Generally ok, but not ok in view vs the price and given they do advertisements in English- and German-speaking magazines..
