I had a pleasant stay with my family. The location is great. The beach is accessible without the need to cross a road. It’.s very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is excellent and the service is good and quick.

Clean room, quite luxury hotel. Great swimming pool, in front of private beach. Breakfast is awesome, plenty choices of food. 7-11 is located in front of the hotel, can walk around 100m. Room is spacious, wifi is okay 50Mbps in room.

The location and facilities are acceptable, and the overall atmosphere is quite pleasant. However, one key area that needs improvement is the reservation staff’s understanding of the product. Their lack of familiarity led to miscommunication with guests, as well as with the front office team. On-site problem-solving often began with refusal rather than a proactive attempt to find the best solution. This disconnect between expectations and the actual experience significantly affected the overall impression of the stay. Regarding breakfast, the chef was unable to prepare soft-boiled eggs as requested, and the wait time was unusually long. The eggs were fully cooked, likely due to the absence of an ice bath to stop the cooking process. It’s unclear whether this resulted from inexperience, but it noticeably impacted the quality of the meal.
