Verdelago Resort

We stayed at Verdelago Resort for three nights with our 2.5-year-old daughter and had a truly wonderful time. The resort is beautifully embedded in nature. The service was excellent, and the daily breakfast was a highlight - fresh, varied, and delicious. Everyone made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time as a family. Highly recommended and very luxury.

If I could use one word to describe our stay at Verdelago, it would be blissful. We had absolutely nothing to worry about, the friendly staf made sure we were pampered. The location, the service, the facilities and the appartement are all worth 5 stars! We especially enjoyed relaxing on the beach, the sports facilities and the free wine tasting and yoga experience in the beautiful nature. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

1 star service in 5 star hotel It’s a beautiful setting, and the potential is there. But the hotel has poor service, particularly people in higher positions seem to be the problem. They make mistakes and don’t take responsibility for it. They don’t say ‘I’m sorry’ and they treat you as if you are the problem. You have to fight for everything. They say no, you have to insist, and out of nowhere things are suddenly possible. Plus the hotel is currently surrounded by a giant construction site, which you can hear from the rooms and pool area.
