Hotel is good and beautiful. Reception staff is cooperative and professional. The hotel is bit costly but its value of you money. Rooms are clean and and well managed.
Positive aspects: The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety to start the day off right. Areas for improvement: However, the reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive to guests. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it felt a bit outdated and did not quite match the €100 price point. There are other hotels in the Santarém area, such as the Hotel Umu, which offers a more modern experience at better prices.
Good decor, but noisy room. Close to CNEMA, but dangerous to get there by foot. Too expensive for the value.
