Verhovel

The rooms are clean and fresh. No old or broken furniture. Everything works properly. And rooms with the view has an amazing view. But no breakfast included. Anyway, there is tge restaurant on the top of the hotel that is cheap, has great food and also has a nice view.

Rooms are small but affordable for 1-2 nights. We stayed for 8 nights and we were not satisfied with the level of service. We requested to leave early on our third night and the front desk mentioned they were not able to provide us with a refund. Food: sometimes they have a full breakfast buffet but not sure if buffet is the right word for it. If you want a second cup of coffee you have to pay for it. When they didn’t have a buffet there were selected items on the menu for breakfast and if you wanted jam you had to pay for it. During buffet the jam was Included no sense. Drunk guests banging on doors during the weekend. The Spa and restaurant waiters were great!

It seems to be an old Soviet building recently renovated. The rooms are extremely tiny 10-12 meters, it's enough just for a night. It's impossible to spend there more time, it feels like you're on a box. At the room we had (second floor) the WiFi signal was very poor. The location is bad as well, there is no feeling that you're at mountains at all, just a little province town. The only advantage we found the restaurant works until midnight. Resume: I'd not recommend to stay here and I really regret that we did, there are many more cool places in the neighborhood.
