Vernazza Suites Hotel

The place was good location wise as there is a mall right behind , a metro (Silsile) and the best part is 24/7 market just next to the hotel so if u are traveling with kids like me ; u can get anything from opec mart and right opposite the mart there is Subway, mac , starbucs and a local pizza shop so your late night craving can be satisfied there …. In the morning its bit noisy due to local traffic… the room cleaning service is only available from 9am to 3pm plus you should not be in the room at that time…… overall i give them 3/5 but due to receptionist friendly behavior i give them 1 extra

I reserved this hotel on booking .com and selected pay at property option. Before i arrived , they sent an email that debit card was not working and cancelled my reservation. When i reached out , they said u did not respond to us in time and we are full. Bad and rude service with dis respect to customers who already selected payment in cash option

This hotel is a scam with dirty and smelly rooms. They publish a lot of good photos in the hotel reservation sites and Google to scam people and when you want to cancel they will use no cancellation policy so no refund and that's what happened to me. The reservation guy knows it and smiled when I confronted him with the truth. The hotel is very old, dark scary reception at night, smelly and dirty rooms, noisy AC, torn curtains so they tint some windows with black films!!and broken toilets. There is an emergency door in front of my bed open directly to stairs that lead to the street and cannot be closed. I booked the biggest suit and the kids bed has a little glass barrier to prevent them from falling to the next floor!! Will share some photos
