Verona Hotel Nairobi

It's a great place for dinner, conference, swimming accommodation and so much more. I love the staff here they are very welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Tried the swimming pool and the music was too loud. I was uncomfortable because it hurt my ears and I couldn't talk to anyone. They said they'd turn it down but they didn't turn it down enough to make a difference. We ordered the bahati family special and it was supposed to come with four boiled eggs and they gave us zero. I asked where the boiled eggs were and they said they gave them to us. When we insisted that they didn't, they brought us eggs but only two instead of the four we paid for

I attended my cousin’s graduation party at Verona Hotel on 5th July 2025, and the experience was deeply disappointing. The service was far below acceptable standards. Despite charging an exorbitant fee per plate, the food portions served were shockingly small—barely enough for a child—making the cost feel completely unjustified. Even the most basic expectations, such as being served water, were not met. The waitstaff showed little initiative or attentiveness throughout the event. What’s worse, our concerns were raised with the management, but they showed no interest in resolving the issues or offering any explanation. The level of disregard was astounding. To top it all off, the venue had been double-booked, and at some point, it felt as though we were being pushed out to make room for another group. This level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer event services. I would not recommend Verona Hotel based on this experience.
