Verona House Aparthotel

Great STAFF and location! Excellent breakfast, very clean apartment!Only small - was the noise from the road but everything else was perfect!!!

We recently stayed for one night at the Aparthotel Verona House with our dog, and we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Verona. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. While everything was fine, I would note that there was nothing extraordinary about the hotel. Additionally, parking could be a bit challenging, so keep that in mind if you're driving. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Aparthotel Verona House, especially for those looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay in Verona.

The rooms were good, if a little too small for this many people and there was a strange and unpleasant smell. The rooms look great, although there are some signs of general wear and tear. The staff was absolutely brilliant, they were kind and helpful; they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The valet service was excellent. The location too is great, Piazza Bra is only a few minutes away and the castello is basically next door. The only not-so-great thing I can think of is the sofabed - it was quite uncomfortable, whether one wanted to sleep or sit on it - and maybe, if I really want to split hairs, I would point out the lack of knowledge regarding allergens at breakfast. The gluten free treatment was excellent, I just wished the lady knew what the cold cuts may have contained because they looked great.
