A Perfect Stay—Even for Just 12 Hours! We had the pleasure of staying at Verride Palácio Santa Catarina for a short overnight layover on my wife's birthday, and although we were only there for about 12–14 hours, it was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention was unmatched. Every single team member knew who we were and greeted us with warmth and genuine kindness. We never had to ask for a thing—the staff anticipated our needs and made everything seamless. To our surprise, we were welcomed with thoughtful gifts upon arrival, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The next morning, before our early flight, we woke up to a stunning breakfast, beautifully curated by the chef—another example of how this team goes above and beyond. We left feeling deeply grateful and incredibly impressed. Verride made a short visit feel like a full escape, and we cannot wait to return and truly relish in the experience over several days. This is hospitality at its finest. Thank you to the entire team for making our quick stay feel like a dream.

The best of the best! Five nights here were a dream come true. We stayed at Verride Palacio de Santa Catarina for five nights in late February, and the experience was beyond perfect. The location offers a beautiful view of Lisbon, the luxurious yet cozy rooms, and above all, the overwhelming service! In particular, the breakfast was absolutely incredible. It wasn’t your typical hotel breakfast, but each and every one of the unique menus was made with care, and the quality was so great that I looked forward to it every morning. Every bite made me exclaim, “Is this real?” But what impressed me the most was the meticulous attention to detail from the staff. In fact, all the staff I met during my stay were incredibly kind and warm, but after a few days, I regret not remembering all their names. Among them, Augusto and Daniel at the front desk, and Alexandra and Andre from the F&B team—these four were truly impressive. Staff, you may not remember our Ko family, but we will never forget. Even the day before check-out, when I received a small flower as a gift, I was so touched that I almost cried. It was so touching that they even paid attention to such small details. If you visit Lisbon without experiencing this hotel, you are missing out on the real charm of Lisbon. I will definitely, absolutely, come back. Verride Palacio de Santa Catarina, I love you!!! ❤️

Love this hotel! Staff is the nicest in the world. Very comfortable room and beds. Stayed here twice now, highly recommend. Chef is awesome to top it off.
