Versant Hotel & Spa

I loved this hotel, nice place, quiet, well placed and good parking. You need to understand that the Cat is member of the hotel, don't annoy him. The room was clean and the bed was very confortable, excelent for rest during worktrip. The staff is very helpful, they help me a lot of times in my week here.

Extremely disappointed with the spa, the masseur as sweet as she was had no idea about any type of massage or how to do it. There were no slippers available , so we had to walk around the spa area barefoot. When it came to paying the reception was trying to overcharge me $60! Would not recommend and would not return

Nice place. Nice interiors. But never again. Polite and friendly staff, but a tad unprofessional. Setting up of a training room was to start before 7pm, but didn't. 'Pls come shortly before 9pm'. Was not ready at 9pm either. Finally managed to set it up with help of two staff. Than the owner shows up. Unfriendly. Serious face. Instead of "good evening" (or similar) she starts reprimanding that one needs to put some cloths over the tables to protect her nice tables. I felt reprimanded too and asked her to be more friendly. No reaction. Instead I got, that she needs to protect her own stuff. 20 min later when going up to the room I said "goodnight" to the waiter and her (who happened to be around), the waiter replied politely "goodnight" as she turned her back to me and remained silent. Well, need to stay 2 days here now, but this will be the last ones ever. Don't come here.
