Had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived late and were warmly welcomed by Younes, who handled our check-in professionally and efficiently. Met him again at check-out and received the same excellent service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Highly recommended!
We're here for eight nights. Our first day started off wonderfully with a lovely dip in the beautiful pool, a delicious dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and a beautiful sunset. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at both the restaurant and the hotel itself are friendly, helpful, and very professional. This ambiance is highly recommended!
I stayed here 3 weeks with my elderly mother and 3 children, prepaid, then extended verbally. On Saturday morning they messaged me to confirm I was staying, then 5 minutes later said they had no space and told me to pack and leave! Their error — but I was the one inconvenienced. Breakfast is mediocre (frozen croissants, cheap products), staff are unhappy, and management is disorganized and unprofessional. I moved to another hotel and the difference is night and day — fresh breakfast, warm staff, excellent management. Avoid Una Esperienza if you value peace of mind.”
