Vertex hotel

My husband and I vacationed here in September and were very pleased!) Nice renovation, the room is cozy, cleaned well, but our special love is the wonderful balcony... On the left is a casino, good cars, on the right are incredible mountains that you can look at endlessly) Excellent sound insulation is very important for us! We didn’t hear our neighbors, although the hotel was full of guests) The only place where you can hear your neighbors is the restroom))) The start of the day is wonderful, given the delicious breakfast of everything your heart desires, here you will find croissants with salmon, porridge, salads, sausages, sweets, delicious coffee, in general - you won’t leave hungry) ALL the staff are very polite, everyone sincerely smiles and expresses their readiness to help and advise) The service is right up to par, for Russia this is surprising, really) I’ll highlight the SPA area... Oh, we didn’t steam in the bathhouse or soak in the jacuzzi, but we swam with crucian carp in the heated, rather long pool. You take the elevator down to the -1st floor in your robe and enjoy))) In general, this is a super positive review, but we really liked it here) Thanks guys from Vertex! We will come back to you))

The place that managed to surprise. I was looking for a long time about where to stay, the main criterion for me was the spa. There was no mistake, the hotel exceeded expectations. Excellent and very varied breakfast, excellent spa, good staff. Attention to every detail. The reviews say it all, there’s really nothing to add. The main thing I will say here is how the hotel looks in the photo on the website, in the reviews - all the photos correspond to reality. Full correspondence between expectation and reality. After this, I don’t even want to experiment and look at other hotels. There are no cons at all. Fresh good products, in the room from a sewing kit to good cosmetics. Even all the corridors in all buildings and floors are air conditioned. In fact, there is still more to write and write. Even with my manner of being picky and attentive to all the little things, I have nothing to complain about here. 5\5, keep the level, prosperity to the hotel, I hope nothing gets worse here.

We stayed at this hotel from July 14 to 16. We were encouraged by the positive reviews, but were disappointed with our stay. We often stay at hotels and these comments are based on our experience. There was only one friendly girl at the reception - the rest had a dissatisfied face (including when meeting). 1. The meeting was not the most pleasant, we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, but this was ignored, this hotel knows nothing about compliments (even verbal congratulations) (by the way, this is the first time). 2. We arrived 3 hours before check-in, did not sleep at night and wanted to while away the time on the hotel grounds on the sun loungers in the yard (they were almost all empty), but we were refused and sent towards the exit before check-in (this is also the first time). Also, our Yandex Travel voucher indicated check-in at 14:00 (but they didn't care, their check-in is at 14:30) 3. The most unpleasant thing is that I didn't find my face mask, I thought it was stolen (later it was found, I reported it). But when I reported it at the reception, the girl didn't even apologize, but just said dryly with a dissatisfied face - "okay, we'll talk to the maid", you understand how "important" this moment is for me, when my thing was lost. It's good that the thing was found, but the reaction of the administrators in a potentially possible situation leaves much to be desired. Pros: delicious varied breakfasts in a nice restaurant nice security guards who always smile and open the door spa area and pool comfortable room with a balcony and a view of the mountains location next to the ski lifts of the KP The service is weak, so we will not recommend it.
