Me and my son booked a room last minute, as soon as we arrived we were amazed at the aesthetic of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel was immaculate and very clean throughout. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our room was perfect, the bed was made all towels were provided and tea and coffee was there. The bathroom was great had soap and shower gels shampoo etc no signs of mould or dirt.. Extremely clean and very well presented. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a warm welcome 10/10
Stayed for the Bedford Park festival. Had a great time the staff were very helpful. Rooms very clean, the housekeeping do a wonderful job! Will be back I hope
We had a one night stay in room 5 whilst the hotel and room were clean the smell was not good. Firstly you are met with a high smell of overpowering room fresheners which are located in every corner of the establishment. Then when you reach the top floor there is a horrendous odor - which is why there are so many air fresheners to try to hide the stench. Room 5 had a strong smell that was hard to tolerate and made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Even with the window wide open the stench was still there and the next morning made me feel sick! They clearly have an issue with something . We did report it to Management who seemed surprised…:… so why are there so many air fresheners?
