The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. They are able to listen and provide service as swiftly as possible. Breakfast buffet is diverse enough to kot make you bored. Room is a bit old and out-dated for a 5-star hotel. This hotel has ocean-view rooms as well as near the path to walk straight to the beach.
Hotel refurbished so some good & bad points. Pros: comfy bed. Great shower once temperature reached. Fabulous buffet breakfast with great selection of varied foods available in spacious, clean dining area. Reception Manager very helpful. Lovely large lobby area with separate bar area open until 10pm with limited selection of drinks. Great location with mountain +/- sea views. Gym okay & nice pool albeit it cold, but Hotel allowed us to use thisxatea after we'd checked out & spent the day on the beach. Daily water, clean towels plus beach towels & some sun loungers on small reserved beach area adjacent to Hotel. Restaurants & shops on the doorstep. Staff very accommodating. Cons: Corridors & bedrooms CARPETED but never saw a vacuum once therefore room carpet filthy, stained & full of dust particles which led the room to smell & feel claustrophobic...you could sense & see this leading to a not very enjoyable stay. Dirty stains on glass partition remained for our duration although very clean in other parts of Hotel Busy area/road.
DON’T TOUCH BOTTLES OF WATER AND INSTANT NOODLE IN THE ROOM, ASK RECEPTIONIST TO CHECK BEFORE LEAVE ROOM. Many bottles of water in the room, we only drink the water up the minibar, but hotel said it needs to charge. It only one instant noodle in the room and we didn’t eat, they also said we eat and need to charge. 5am in the morning, one customer made noise and shout but none of receptionist solve this problem till 6am. We urgently need to go to airport, but receptionist ask us to wait to check all rooms and want to charge us,
