Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa

This hotel is my favorite in Chatan, and I always stay here. The room was, as always, perfect—with an amazing ocean view. The hotel is located right on Sunset Beach and in the heart of American Village, so you have everything you need at a very reasonable price. I especially appreciate the little extras like fresh juices, teas, and ice creams available in front of the reception, along with many other thoughtful amenities. Most importantly, I love the breakfast—especially the taco rice! Parking is conveniently located on B1, so the car stays shaded and cool. Not to forget, there’s also a pool and an onsen, which add even more to the experience. The only thing I hope can be improved is the terrace. It’s spacious and offers a fantastic ocean view, but it would be even better with a couple of chairs and a table. Thank you very much—and see you next year!

As a young family of five, we loved our stay here. The price is reasonable, with no extra charges for kids (which is unusual for Japan). Parking is free. It is located in American Village and connects to a beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious and featured Blue Seal ice cream, taco rice, and other Okinawan specialties as well as options for pickier palates. There is also a small play area just outside the breakfast room that our kids enjoyed. We loved having access to a hot tub, kids’ pool, and regular pool (just remember to pay in advance at the front desk). The room was meticulously cleaned daily, the beds were queen-sized and comfortable, and we had a balcony with a beautiful water view. The front desk also had baby toys and other amenities for children available to borrow for free. When it was time to check out, no one wanted to leave!

We like Vessel Hotel Group but Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa is not one of them, there are better choice offered by same chain 2 blocks down the street, which also in American Village. Room newly renovated but we wouldn't want to stays another night. Lighten in the room was like a funernal home, two white candle like lamp on the bed board, just like 2 candles. The light on Wash basin was the worest among in the hotel we stays. Hotel was very crowed, noisy guest fighting for everything, seats, free ice-bar, free drinks.... it's not a pleasent exerpience. Staff was very patient and helpful, even facing such chaos everyday. And its not cheap (hardware was not cheap) but overall experience was like staying in a cheap tour hotel. I will stays in LeQu for pretty much the same amount of money I paid.
