Location and breakfast are amazing 🤩 so much varieties of food and I love them all. You can try all famous food in just the breakfast of this hotel. And subway is just right in front of hotel. However, the room is too small but understandable.
The location is very convenient because it is very near (less than 5 mins walk) to shinsaibashi shopping streets, 5 to 10 mins walking distance to 2 different train station via underground street market, there's even an escalator outside the hotel to the underground metro. The room is not big but comfortable. Basic necessity is provided,you can take it from the reception, buffet breakfast option is available and lots of choices.
This hotel is a bit higher price than I think it should be, that said here are the issues and the good stuff Our AC didn’t work. Paying 150$ a night I would expect this to not be an oversight. Staff super friendly and nice. You can stash your bags here before and even after checking out to pick up later if you wish. We went to universal it was so helpful. If you get a room that has good AC I’m sure you’ll be fine, but we didn’t have that so I give it a 2.
