My room was 714, The pool is not up to the mark, no towels after the pool, the cummoed is tilted to the lift side.. although the room is neat and clean, and there was no foul smell.... washroom also clean...... The kettle and the cups in the room are not cleaned..... Overall one can stay if you get it under 3.5k but not worthy for 5.3k for a night ... The room service is swift and the reception staff is also welcoming and nice .
Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unhygienic and Poor Service I am currently staying at this hotel and I must say it has been a terrible experience. The room and service are absolutely pathetic. There were cockroaches in both the room and bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. The bedcovers and towels were filthy, and the overall hygiene of the hotel is appalling. We even had to carry our own luggage to the lobby – no assistance offered at all. This place is far from what it promises and definitely not worth your money. I would strongly advise against staying here. it’s affecting our health and peace of mind. Highly recommend not to stay here ! Disappointed ☹️ I wish the owners should themselves look into the matter otherwise 👎👎👎👎👎
I recently stayed at Vesta International Hotel and was quite disappointed with both the service and facilities. The behavior of the restaurant staff was extremely rude. When I requested food as per my taste, they bluntly refused and said, "We can’t provide that. Eat what’s available." This is unacceptable from a hospitality team. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not working, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite raising the issue, there was no proper response or resolution from the staff. I hope the management looks into these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements in customer service and room maintenance
