Veyron Hotels & Spa

We came from the UK for dental treatment & was booked in at the Veyron Hotel! What an amazing experience, from the first welcome to the last goodbye. The staff were very warm and welcoming and always helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Istanbul.

I stayed at this hotel last year and this year while receiving cosmetic treatments at a nearby clinic. The staff are so polite and helpful and go out of their way to assist you from check in, organising taxis and answering questions about the area etc. Emre and Ramazan in particular went out of their way to make my stay stress free and relaxing. I found the quality of my room, the room service and mini market in the lobby exceptional. The buffet style breakfast is great for when you're recovering from cosmetic work and don't want to walk around looking for a cafe. Can't wait to stay again!

If I were not obliged to stay in this hotel I wouldn’t. It’s my 4th time here. I’ve been coming for plastic surgery and the clinic makes me stay here. First of all these signs not allowing you to order any food out are ridiculous. I’m supposed to be a guest, not a hostage!!! If I’m paying 90 euros a night I want to be treated in the friendliest way possible! The staff is not helpful, for example after surgery I asked the bar to bring me ice and I was informed that I need to get it myself. I was surprised because I’ve been here before and I never was treated so rudely, I asked for ice again and the man on the phone said that if I’m making him come to my room with ice he is charging me 400 lira 😳😳😳. So unfriendly. I’m returning to Istanbul on fall and I will not be staying here for sure. Never been treated this way in a hotel
