VH Premier As Tirana Hotel

I was asked to pay €50 deposit plus €50 for tax or something . I didn’t mind it cause the rooms are not expensive at all . It’s not a bad deal for what you get . The room is spacious. The other bed was sunken in and couldn’t figure out how to control the heating. The bathroom did have a smell and the towels are not the best . Other than that , it’s a great hôtel . Of course you have to pay for anything you eat in the mini bar , this is not strange practice and they also let you know in advance. I read the reviews and almost didn’t book . Important thing to remember is that 4 star in Albania is not the same as 4 star in Paris so don’t expect too much ! You also paying a fraction of the price so i would tone down all the négative comments . They don’t mention when you book that checkin is at the Euro Hôtel which is accross the road so just be mindful of that . I must say though that I paid for the bigger room with a double bed and a single bed and I got a room with only a double bed. I was travelling solo but give me what i booked, dont décide for me and not refund me for the change in room .

We arrived at VH Premier AS Tirana Hotel only to be told that we had to pay an additional €320 in order to check in. This was due to a number of strange and completely unjustified fees that were not mentioned clearly during booking. The listing stated that amenities like the pool and fitness center were included, but it turns out they come with extra charges too – another unpleasant surprise. The pool area itself looked like it was still under construction and possibly had mold issues. There were even pieces of stone from the walls lying in the water, making it feel unsafe and completely unfinished. The WiFi in the room didn’t work properly, and I had to go down to the reception three separate times before a staff member was willing to help. All in all, a terrible experience – and this was only our first night.

This Hotel is a SCAM, the worst experience I have ever had. The room we received was not tge same we reserve. The reception and restaurant are in another building, there is no hot line to the reception, you will be fooled by the good photos of the hotel but the reality is much worse. The reception staff were very rude and not supportive. There is no free parking. There is no tea or coffee machine in the room. There is not even a kettle in the room. Even the drinking water is on charge. The experience is very very bad that we had to leave the hotel and find another one.
