We stayed for six nights in early August in a room with a sofa bed, which was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our son. The hotel is just one block from the beach and has a partnership with a fantastic beach club, La Pia, which made our seaside days even better. From the moment I booked, communication was excellent. I received a welcome message with basic information, and closer to our arrival date, they sent clear instructions for self check-in in case we arrived after 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. It had a large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, strong air conditioning, plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and everything was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also a gym and a jacuzzi on-site, which were great additions. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants nearby. While breakfast isn’t served at the hotel, there are great cafés just a block away and a supermarket close by if you prefer to eat in your room. We absolutely loved our stay and left wishing we could stay longer—not just because of the hotel, but also because of the charm of the city and the beauty of the beach. Highly recommended!
I had a beautiful stay in your hotel this weekend. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped. Very close to everything in the area close to the sea. The staff is very accommodating and helpful ❤️ I've stayed Vi Suites Viareggio many times and it has always been a pleasure. Thank you!
This was the best hotel we have stayed in decades. First let’s start with the service. As soon as you walk in through the doors you are greeted by the host Giacomo the manager or his team. The rooms are large, spotless and soundproofed. We received a message from the host that we will have a sweet treat deliver to our room the next day. We have never stayed in a hotel that did that. Viareggio is a beautiful coastal town. You can walk to all the restaurants you need and the shopping is great! Wish we could it stayed here our whole trip in Italy. This is a 5 star hotel!!! You would love it!
