Everything was simply outstanding – from the warm and attentive service, to the beautifully designed rooms and the ideal location in the heart of Tuscany. The hotel truly lives up to its “boutique” definition – charming, elegant, and with personal touches that make all the difference. The food was excellent, the atmosphere intimate yet luxurious, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined, authentic experience in Tuscany.

We were lucky enough to have stayed here for 5 nights. We booked the suite with spa bath and the photos online really don’t do the room justice, it was incredible. So wonderful to have so much space, they had also thought of everything you could possibly need. The staff were all incredibly warm and kind and genuinely cared about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to the amazing reception team. We used the spa in the evening and were lucky to have it to ourselves, it was a lovely space. Great steam, sauna and large jacuzzi. The gym had enough equipment to be able to do a decent workout as well. The restaurant was a truly wonderful experience. The chef has created the most divine dishes and we enjoyed every single course that appeared before us! The waiter / sommelier was also the perfect level of attentive, they have hired exceptional people. We also enjoyed the bar snacks one evening, well worth having, the chicken is one of the best I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back again.
