Perfect location 20 min walk from Termini Station and main attractions. Spacious, modern, very clean suite with queen bed and two singles - ideal for our family of four. The rooms truly lived up to the “luxury” description with excellent furnishings. Outstanding continental breakfast with fresh pastries, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs available on request. Giorgio and Anastasia were exceptional hosts - very attentive and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. Don’t miss asking Giorgio to show you the fascinating historical photos of how the apartments looked 100 years ago! Great service: provided detailed Rome map with major sights marked and invaluable restaurant recommendations for authentic Italian/Roman cuisine that aren’t tourist traps - this saved us money and led to amazing meals! Free bag storage until 6pm after checkout was very convenient. Note: 5th floor location with charming but small traditional lift (3 people max) or marble stairs - quite a workout with luggage! Entrance can be tricky to find initially, but Giorgio met us at the lift to welcome us. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for families visiting Rome!

We had the pleasure of staying at Via Veneto Luxury Suites for 8 nights, and it was without a doubt the best accommodation we experienced during our entire trip to Italy—including stays in Florence and Venice. From the moment we arrived, Giorgio, the owner, made us feel like family. He was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us a fantastic rundown of Rome and Italy as a whole, offering invaluable recommendations for restaurants, sights, and how to make the most of our time. Traveling with our 5-year-old, we especially appreciated how thoughtful and inclusive Giorgio was—he involved our son in conversations and plans, which meant so much to us as a family. The hospitality didn’t stop there; Anastasia, another staff member, was equally amazing—always kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were comfortable and happy. The daily breakfast was a highlight in itself: freshly made cappuccinos, perfectly cooked eggs, and a mouthwatering selection of pastries from local bakeries that changed each day. It was such a treat and the perfect start to our mornings. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations—from the quality of the accommodations to the heartfelt care shown by the staff. If I could recommend this hotel for just one reason, it would be because of the incredible people who run it. Giorgio and Anastasia truly went above and beyond to make our trip special, and for that, we are endlessly grateful. Thank you for making our time in Rome so memorable—we will absolutely be back.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from Termini Station and also close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The room is very spacious and perfect for four people. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. The host is very kind and provides lots of helpful recommendations. Breakfast is delicious and really makes you feel at home. The building has an old elevator, which only fits 2–3 people at a time, but it adds charm to the place. The room also has air conditioning, which is a big plus, especially in the summer.
