Terrible experience — they cancelled my booking without reason! ⛔️🚫🚷 I had a confirmed reservation, but the hotel unilaterally cancelled it without any explanation. Neither I nor Booking.com support could reach them — we called and messaged multiple times, and they simply ignored all communication. Later, they claimed they couldn’t charge my card — but this is just an excuse. There was no payment attempt at all. My card was active and had sufficient funds — I double-checked with my bank. Clearly, they just used that as a cover to resell the room at triple the price due to the Jennifer Lopez concert in the city. This is disgraceful behavior. These people have zero respect for guests and clearly don’t understand what real hospitality means. 👎🏻Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t risk your trip with such greedy and dishonest hosts.

We had a dreadful experience. I booked two rooms for the family for a week. Both rooms were dirty, smelly and missing pillows and covers. The reception staff blamed the ‘Egyptian cleaning boy’. Unacceptable excuse because they did not have proper supervision. We arrived at 2AM and unfortunately had to leave and check in Holiday Inn. We lost all the money paid for the week( No refund policy). This hotel is a scam, authorities in Yerevan should audit it and fine the owner. Bad image for the country.

Even though I had booked the rooms in advance, the hotel administrator told us upon arrival, they had no available apartments and the reservation had been canceled. The staff was very unfriendly and nervous. They didn't even offer us any alternative.
