Viaggio Resort Mazatlán

The Viaggio Resort in Mazatlan is an amazing place with great food, customer service and it's steps away from the beach. The rooms are modern looking and large, with a spacious shower, comfortable beds, and a spacious shower with good water pressure. My child spent most of the day in the pools, and they have activities for kids throughout the day. The all-inclusive package is exactly that, with great food options. The location is conveniently located near a Starbucks, and several restaurants right outside. You can take a walk to sight see, or hop in an Uber from your app to go to the aquarium. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is Mazatlan is windy, so bring a jacket cause it gets cool.

I spent 6 days here. Prefacing that my ideal vacation of this type is to have a nice quiet area to sit by the pool have some drinks some light socializing. The facility and the staff are top notch, service and food were excellent, rooms are clean and well kept. Also the views are top notch both from the rooms and the beach. Sadly to say Its so loud, almost unbearably so. The local performers on the beach are non stop and constant, and it's not for me. My only other complaint is it's such a small footprint that pool Side seating space becomes an issue, you just have to get up early and claim a spot. As far as location it's on the edge of the golden zone which makes it perfect for walking tourism. I would love to say I would stay here again but it's just not for me trying to relax.

If you want a hotel where you can relax with some quiet time, this hotel isn’t for you. The very loud live music is pretty much non stop. No afternoon naps! The hotel is very clean and the rooms, although basic, are quite nice. Love the large shower! The food is quite bland and the alcohol choices, at least for the all inclusive option, are far from top shelf. Sunset views are amazing! The pools are nice with lots of loungers. Easy access to all the tourist attractions.
