Our stay here was pleasant. Huge lobby area. Large area for breakfast. Choices at the buffet were also good. I liked that they have a seperate counter for the local tapioca pancake. You can choose to have either a sweet or savoury version. Also! They have some small gluten free options. You rarely see hotels offering this option so good job for this. Only downside to the restaurant is that I came across a big cockroach crawling across the floor. Another lady saw and I think she made a complain to the staff as well. Rooms were decent. Staff friendly too. Thank you!

Hotel Viale Cataratas in Impressive Iguazu Falls Brazil side is a contemporary and spacious hotel with a huge hotel lobby and restaurant. There are lifts and I saw hotel guests swimming. I had to change my room because the security latch was broken and I did not feel safe, but the friendly front desk staff changed my room after getting the bell boy to validate my claim with a photograph proof first. Hotel served a huge array of the ubiquitoes hot and cold breakfast dishes and drinks. You need a car or to get a taxi / Uber, for venturing around.

Rooms are okay but it really depends. I stayed in one that was not good, had no plugs near the bed, was in need of maintenance and the shower wasn’t working well (it was impossible to put it on a stable temperature and had no pressure). Breakfast and staff are nice but nothing special. Walls are indeed thin and they let kids run the corridors in the morning so it’s impossible to sleep. During checkin I was asked if I wanted to pay in real or euro and they said it was the same. It is not! Exchange is not fair so it’s always better/cheaper to pay in real. Positive things: it’s clean and spacious.
