Our weekend at Viana Hotel and Spa was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and relaxing. We treated ourselves to couples massages, and honestly, they were the best massages we’ve ever had. The therapists were so professional and made sure we were completely comfortable the entire time, leaving us feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive—always kind, helpful, and ready to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The entire hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere was so quiet and calm, which made it feel like our own little escape from the world. Everything about the weekend was romantic, from the cozy ambiance to the way we were able to just relax and enjoy each other’s company without distractions. It was the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind, and the service overall was excellent. However, the rooms could use a bit of refreshing — some paint was chipping in places, and the Jacuzzi didn’t function properly during our stay. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is a bit noisy due to its proximity to major roads. That said, with a little maintenance and a more thorough check to ensure all room features are working before guests arrive, this place has great potential for an even better experience.

I was excited to find a hotel with pool and spa services so close to home. I booked a weekend stay as a birthday getaway and purchased the romantic turn-down advertised as rose petals, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. The champagne turned out to be a $9.00 bottle of proseco. The telephone did not work, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and peeling paint. Breakfast buffet style $29.00 per person was tasty with a varied selection most hotels offer as complimentary. Dinner was disappointing and way overpriced, for small portions and a salad advertised as having eggplant had none. Front desk tried to compensate by sending someone to paint over the mold and caulk the dirty toilet, fix the non- working mini fridge. Front desk also gave a voucher for free cocktails. The phone remained the same, not working which I mentioned several times when front desk said the "called." Upon check out we got a 20% discount which although appreciated will not change our mind about coming to this place again. The gym and "spa" were cute.
