Vib Best Western Antalya

A nice modern hotel. It is very clean, staff very friendly, some of them speaking excellent English. Breakfast was delicious, but dinner at the restaurant even that is was above average, it was too expensive for what you get. It is an excellent business hotel. It doesn’t have options for kids beds. So the only room that can have kids bed is suite.

Pathetic staff. Never ever stay at this hotel. The person at the reception named Biro had no manners at all to talk a lady and was extremely rude and unhelpful. We checked in at 10pm at night and were extremely tired. We asked him if someone can help us with our bags and he said to leave the luggage down. We left the luggage and came to our room only to realise that no one would be helping with our luggage and we have to do and fetch it ourselves. While we tried speaking to him on phone he was extremely rude and made weird statements about hotel policies and how one should read about it before checking into the hotel. Disgusting experience!!!

I stayed there for a week. The most negativ was that the Hotel has a central aircondition. Unfortunatly they switch it off or only heating when its hot outside and it is not possible to switch back. So the only decision you can make is to sleep in your own sweat or open the window and use earplugs because of the road nearby.
