I had booked their hall for a family function. Really bad experience, AC was not working at all, lighting was very bad. Even after asking multiple times to help they just said nothing can be done. All our guests were complaining which was really bad for us. Food was the only good thing here.

Despite being a reputed brand, the conditions of the room and hotel premises were shockingly poor. Below are the specific issues encountered: 1. Dirty bedsheets and mattress protectors They were stained and appeared unchanged from the previous guest. 2.There was a persistent musty smell in the room and corridor. 3. Dustbins were filthy and rusty. 4. Insects in the rooms. 5. Pots had yellow stains. When shared and showed the above issues we encountered with the Manager named Mr. Dinesh he said he will get back to us in 10-15 minutes and he completely ghosted us. Then he sends the house keeping staff to remove the mattress protectors as they did not have any new or clean protectors. This level of cleanliness is not only disappointing but also a health hazard. Staying in the filthy room has caused me skin rashes.

All 5 star reviews are fake. This is a very poorly managed property. I had booked a room for 3 nights. Upon my arrival ( 1.00 am midnight ) was told that ac was not working due ro some internal issues. They have zero sensitive approach towards customer care. I had to book another hotel in the middle of night. As a custome, you would not get any help from their staff. If one would check the genuine reviews- most of customres have had very poor experience.
